Built for league night

Greengate is a small UK shop for club players, not pros. We sell the gear we'd use ourselves and we'll tell you honestly if something isn't right for your game.

We started with pickleball and added padel because the same people kept asking for it. The range is deliberately short: fewer models, kept in stock, so you get what you ordered this week.

Returns

30 days from delivery. Used gear is accepted if it's undamaged apart from normal wear.

Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. The seller is Greengate Goods Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17485108, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. For deliveries outside the UK, import duties and local taxes are shown at checkout where they apply.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our own returns policy extends this to 30 days. See the returns policy for how to return an item.

Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the EU you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Returns policy

30 days from delivery

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Paddles and rackets may be used on court; we accept normal wear such as scuffs on the edge guard or a used grip. We can't accept items that have been damaged through misuse.

How to return

  1. Email hello@greengategoods.co.uk with your order number and the item you're returning.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back with tracking and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund the item price and original standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different model or size, tell us in your email and we'll send the replacement as soon as the return arrives.

Privacy policy

Greengate Goods Limited (company number 17485108) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

Your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order history when you buy from us; your email address if you join our mailing list; and the content of messages you send us.

Why we use it

Who we share it with

Payment providers, delivery companies and our email and hosting providers, only as needed to run the shop. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records for six years for tax purposes. Mailing list data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@greengategoods.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookie policy

This website uses only the cookies needed to keep your basket and complete checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first.
